Description：The XL-65 full automatic blow molding machine is equipped with an advanced Inovance servo motor system, providing precise control, fast response, and stable operation for efficient blow molding production.
Featuring an electric servo mold clamping system and electric mold moving system, the machine ensures smooth mold opening, closing, and transfer operations with high positioning accuracy. The servo-driven structure reduces mechanical impact, improves energy efficiency, and enhances long-term operating stability.
The machine adopts a full screw aluminum heating system, providing rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, and excellent plasticizing performance. This helps achieve stable material extrusion, consistent parison quality, and improved product accuracy.
