The target bottle weight was 350g. We tuned the INOVANCE servo drives for the clamp and blow pin, reaching 120 pieces per hour. After two weeks of fine tuning, the scrap rate dropped from 4% to under 1%. Power draw measured 20 kWh over a 24-hour run on their shop floor.
